ACC, Socma push for Obama and Congress unification following State of the Union address

President Barack Obama last night delivered his annual State of the Union address, citing the need for bipartisan union and tax reform, as well as updating on new manufacturing hubs, greenhouse gas emission limits, international trade agreements, energy security, and more items directly affecting the chemical and manufacturing industry.
