People & Business :: Companies Dow increases propylene glycol capacity in Germany2:17 PM MST | November 27, 2012 | Sotirios Frantzanas Dow Chemical has increased propylene glycol (PG) production capacity at its plant at Stade, Germany by 10,000 m.t./year. The total PG production capacity of Dow's plant at Stade has now reached 290,000 m.t./year, the company says. The increase is part of the second implementation of an energy and technology optimization project, realized in August 2010, and did not alter the PG production process or product offering, Dow says.
