Arkema says it plans to restructure its Vlissingen, the Netherlands site, which will result in 57 job cuts, or 37% of the plant’s workforce. The plant produces tin derivatives used in agchems, a business that is losing money because of weak demand, stringent regulations, and rising raw material costs, Arkema says. Separately, Arkema says it has moved its headquarters from Paris, to Colombes, France to reduce “significantly” its real estate...
