Trinseo shares begin trading

Trinseo, formerly Styron, shares today began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol “TSE,” at $19/share. The company announced earlier this month that it is launching an IPO, seeking to raise $170-$190 million. It filed for an IPO in March. Trinseo is selling 10 million ordinary shares in the IPO. The underwriters of the offering have an option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares.
