Tianji Coal Chemical ordered to suspend production after leak11:15 AM MST | January 11, 2013 China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP; Beijing) says that the provincial government in Shanxi Province, China, has ordered Tianji Coal Chemical Industry Group (Lucheng, Shanxi Province), to suspend production at its Lucheng site following the aniline leak from the site. About 9 m.t. of aniline leaked from the Tianji Coal Chemical plant and contaminated the Zhuozhang River.
