Shanghai Chemical Park and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Plan to Create Giant Petchems Zone

Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP; Caojing, China) and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical (SPC; Jinshan, China) are working on a long-term plan to create a massive petrochemical zone that is expected to overtake Jurong Island in Singapore in terms of size and the number of plants, CW has learned.
