Saltic picks Hanwha for complex in Oman11:53 AM MST | November 14, 2012 Saltic (Salalah, Oman) has appointed Hanwha Engineering & Construction to build a $500-million chlor-alkali and ethylene dichloride (EDC) complex at the Salalah Free Zone in Oman. Saltic has been granted an industrial license by the government of Oman and signed a 25-year lease, with an option to extend, with Salalah Free Zone, for about 35 hectares of land for the project.
