Rosneft (Moscow) has provided further details of its previously announced Vostochnaya Neftekhimicheskaya petrochemical project near Nakhodka, in Russiaâ€™s far east. The complex will include a steam cracker designed to produce 1.4 million m.t./year of ethylene and 600,000 m.t./year of propylene, using mainly naphtha as feedstock.
