PolyOne to build specialty materials facility in India

PolyOne says it is expanding its operations in India with a new facility at Pune that will manufacture specialty materials—including solid masterbatches, liquid colorants, and additives. The facility will operate development labs, and sales and customer service for the region and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2014, the company says. Project costs were not disclosed.
