Muntajat expands control of Qatar chemical exports to 70%

Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) has assumed sole responsibility for the marketing of linear alkyl benzene (LAB) and heavy alkyl benzene (HAB) produced by SEEF, the company announced on Wednesday. The move, effective April 1, increases Muntajat’s share of Qatar’s chemical and petrochemical exports to 68.8% by volume, a figure that will soon rise to 100%.
