Mitsui Chemicals to acquire Heraeus Dental for €450 million

Mitsui Chemicals says that it will acquire Heraeus Dental, the dental business of precious metals and technology company Heraeus (Hanau, Germany), for €450 million ($575 million). The acquisition is subject to the approval of antitrust authorities.
