Mitsubishi Rayon to establish US carbon fiber subsidiary11:33 AM MST | February 26, 2013 Mitsubishi Rayon says that it will launch a new subsidiary called Mitsubishi Rayon Carbon Fiber & Composites (Irvine, CA), on 1 April, by integrating its existing group companies in the United States—Grafil (Sacramento, CA), a carbon fiber manufacturing and sales subsidiary; and Newport Adhesives and Composites (Irvine), a composites materials and adhesive films manufacturing and sales subsidiary.
