LyondellBasell plans Corpus Christi NGL fractionation unit

LyondellBasell says that TexStar MidStream Services (San Antonio, TX) will install two natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation units adjacent to its Corpus Christi, TX, plant. Construction is scheduled to begin in April, with startup planned for late 2013. The units will be capable of processing a combined 63,000 bbls/day of NGLs from Eagle Ford shale into ethane, propane, butanes and natural gasoline.
