LCY Chemical ordered to halt PP production at Kaohsiung

LCY Chemical (Taipei), which is being investigated by Taiwanese authorities over its role in the 31 July explosions at Kaohsiung, Taiwan that killed 30 people and injured 300, has been ordered to halt production at its polypropylene (PP) plant.
