ICIG to acquire Clariant’s detergents and intermediates business

Clariant says that it has signed an agreement to divest its detergents and intermediates business to International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG), a privately owned industrial holding company, for a total of 58 million Swiss francs ($63.7 million), of which SF20 million will be paid in cash at closing.
