Huntsman Completes Sale of U.S. Polymers Business to Flint Hills

Flint Hills Resources (Wichita, KS), a subsidiary of Koch Industries, has completed its acquisition of Huntsman's U.S. polymers business for $350 million. Flint Hills will acquire Huntsman's Port Arthur, TX plant later this year, pending restart of the facility. In total, Flint Hills will pay Huntsman $456 million in cash, plus inventory valued at about $286 million.
