French bioolefins firm raises €23 million via share issue

Global Bioenergies (Evry, France), a developer of light olefin bioproduction processes, says it has closed a share issue that it launched on 27 June, raising a total of €23 million ($30.1 million). The company decided to excercise fully an extension clause and created 927,419 new shares.
