Fluor awarded Williams' PDH contract11:39 AM MST | February 6, 2013 Fluor has been awarded a contract by Williams (Tulsa, OK) to provide preliminary engineering services for a previously announced propane dehydrogenation (PDH) project near Redwater, AB. The proposed PDH facility will primarily use the propane recovered at Williams’ existing fractionation facility in Redwater and convert it into polymer-grade propylene.
