Dow: DOE study of natural gas exports is 'deeply flawed'10:54 AM MST | December 10, 2012 A senior Dow Chemical executive has lambasted a report commissioned by the US Department of Energy (DOE) that concludes the US economy would benefit more from the export of advantaged natural gas than from its domestic consumption.
