Clariant completes textile chemical, paper specialties, and emulsions divestment

Clariant says it has closed the sale of its textile chemicals, paper specialties, and emulsions businesses to SK Capital (Boca Raton, FL). The three former Clariant businesses are now operating under the name Archroma (Reinach, Switzerland).
