Bayer CropScience to acquire seeds company in Argentina

Bayer CropScience announced today that it entered into an agreement to purchase the start-up company FN Semillas (Buenos Aires). FN Semillas specializes in breeding, production and marketing of improved soybean seeds in Argentina. The acquisition marks Bayer's entry into the Argentina soybean seeds market.
