Bayer CropScience is changing its management structure following the retirement at the end of May of Rüdiger Scheitza, head of strategy and business management (SBM) and labor director. The SBM function will be split into two separate units: strategy and business management, with the strategy unit to be headed by Mathias Kremer, currently head of seeds at Bayer CropScience.
