Arkema (Paris) plans to sell its two South African coatings businesses, Arkema Resins and Harveys Composites, to Ferro Industrial Products (Brakpan, South Africa). â€śThrough this divestment, Arkema will dispose of non-strategic activities -- such as resins for composite materials -- which represent few synergies with the remainder of its coating activities,â€ť the company says in a statement.
