AkzoNobel inaugurates Brazilian chemical complex11:04 AM MDT | March 11, 2013 AkzoNobel says it has inaugurated a €90-million ($116.9 million) chemicals plant at Jupiá, Brazil, supplying the Eldorado Brasil cellulose pulp mill, which is the biggest in the world. Operated by AkzoNobel’s pulp and performance chemicals business, the Jupiá facility represents one of AkzoNobel's largest investments in Latin America.
