Air Products wins contract for ASUs in China11:03 AM MST | February 20, 2013 Air Products says it has won its second-largest air separation unit (ASU) on-site order for a single project. The company has signed a long-term agreement with Shanxi Lu'An Mining Group (Lu'an, China) to build, own, and operate four ASUs for the production of oxygen, nitrogen, and compressed instrument air, as well as steam to supply Lu’An’s process trains at a future goal gasification facility at Changzhi, Shanxi Province, China. Combined, the 4 ASU’s will supply over 10,000 m.t./day of oxygen, over 6,000 m.t./day of nitrogen, and over 700 m.t./day of...
