Air Liquide to build carbon monoxide plant at Rotterdam1:46 PM MST | February 8, 2013 Air Liquide will invest €65 million ($87.1 million) in a new carbon monoxide manufacturing plant at Rotterdam. This follows a long-term contract that the company recently signed with Huntsman to supply carbon monoxide to Huntsman’s two methylene di-para-phenylene isocyanate (MDI) plants at Rozenburg, in the port of Rotterdam.
