Ineos, Solvay add assets to divestment package for EU approval of chlorvinyls JV

Ineos and Solvay have added assets at Wilhelmshaven, Germany, and they may have to add assets at Runcorn, UK, to the revised package of divestments submitted to the European Commission in late February, to secure antitrust approval for the companies' proposed European chlorvinyls joint venture.
