... begins construction of oxo derivatives plant in Nanjing12:39 PM MST | March 1, 2013 Oxea (Oberhausen, Germany) says that it has begun construction on the previously announced oxo derivatives plant in the Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park in China. Mechanical completion is expected by the end of 2013. The company first announced plans for this project in October 2011.
