The unit, at Taixing, has capacity for 15,000 m.t./year of monomer and 25,000 m.t./year of quaternized monomer. It will feed 2 new lines of cationic polyacrylamide, each with a capacity of 15,000 m.t./year. One of the two polyacrylamide lines will be devoted to the industrial and municipal water treatment markets, and the other line will serve the paper industry.
