Omya Forms a Joint Venture in Indonesia

Omya (Oftringen, Switzerland) and United Chemicals Inter Aneka (Jakarta) have announced an official agreement to form a joint venture in Indonesia. The companies' stakes in the jv were not disclosed. United Chemicals Inter Aneka is a leading chemical distributor in Indonesia with a nationwide distribution network and expertise in high-growth industries.
