Kemira Raises Water Treatment Capacity in China

Kemira Water Solutions (Chongqing, China), an 80%-owned subsidiary of Kemira, says it will increase production capacity of polyaluminum chloride by 20,000 m.t./year at Chongqing. The Chongqing plant currently produces 6,000 m.t./year of polyaluminum chloride. Kemira expects the additional capacity to be operational in the first quarter of 2009.
