Kemira Buys Water Treatment Firm

Brazilian antitrust authorities have approved Kemira’s acquisition of water treatment firm Nheel Quimmica (Rio Claro, Brazil), Kemira say. Terms were not disclosed. The €26-million ($32.8 million) firm mainly serves the municipal drinking water treatment market as well as sewage water plants, Kemira says.
