Bahrain Investment Bank Buys BWA Water Additives

Bahrain-based investment bank United International Bank (UIB) has purchased BWA Water Additives (Manchester, U.K.) from Close Brothers Private Equity (London), BWA says. Terms were not disclosed. Close Brothers acquired the business from Chemtura in May of 2006 for $85 million.
