Aquatech Buys Majority Stake in Indian Water Treatment Chemicals Firm

Aquatech (Canonsburg, PA), a provider of water purification technology for industrial and infrastructure markets, says it has acquired a majority stake in Wex Technologies (Pune, India), a privately owned company that provides performance water treatment chemicals and services. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
