Markets :: Specialty Chemicals :: Water treatment Israel Chemicals Buys Swedish Water Treatment Firm Tiami Vattenkemi6:50 AM MDT | April 16, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz BK Giulini, a subsidiary of Israel Chemicals, announced today that its BKG Water Solutions division has acquired Tiami Vattenkemi (Gothenburg, Sweden), one of the largest water treatment companies in Scandinavia. Tiami, a privately owned company, provides a wide range of industrial water treatment solutions, including chemicals, equipment and services. It also develops environmentally-friendly water treatment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tiami will be integrated into BKG Water Solutions complementing the latter’s existing water...
