At issue is the alleged theft by Kolon of trade secretes related to DuPont’s para-aramid fiber, used to make DuPont products sold under the Kevlar brand. The case is separate from a civil suit filed by DuPont against Kolon. In the civil case, a jury last year awarded DuPont $919 million in compensatory damages and DuPont is seeking a 20-year injunction barring Kolon from manufacturing or selling...
