Ecolab Buys Commercial Laundry Business

Ecolab has purchased the commercial laundry business of privately-held Dober Chemical (Woodbridge, IL), the company announced today. The business had sales of about $37 million in 2009, Ecolab says. Terms of the transaction, including the specific price, were not disclosed.
