Cognis to Carve Out Process Chemicals

Cognis says it will carve out its process chemicals business as an independent company under the name Pulcra Chemicals. Pulcra will manufacture chemicals for the fiber, textile, and leather industries. It will operate sites and service centers in 10 countries.
