Clariant India subsidiary to sell three businesses

Clariant Chemicals India (Mumbai) says its board of directors, on 26 March, approved a proposal to divest its textile chemicals, paper specialties, and emulsion products businesses, for a consideration of 2.09 billion Indian rupees ($38.5 million).
