Rhodia Completes McIntyre Group Acquisition

Rhodia says it has completed the acquisition of privately owned surfactants manufacturer McIntyre Group (Chicago). Rhodia had disclosed in January that it was planning to acquire McIntyre for $100 million. Completion of the deal follows approval by regulatory authorities, Rhodia says.   McIntyre’s 2008 sales were about $146 million with a recurring Ebitda margin around 10%, Rhodia says.
