Rhodia Completes Acquisition in China

Rhodia says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Feixiang Chemicals (Zhangjiagang, China) after receiving approval from the Chinese authorities. Feixiang is China's biggest producer of amines and surfactants. The company will be integrated with Rhodia's Novecare global business unit.
