Rhodia Commissions Three Plants in China

Rhodia has commissioned three previously announced production units at its Zhenjiang, China site. One plant makes specialty surfactants and polymers, and the other plants make guaiacol and isobornyl cyclohexanol (IBCH). Rhodia's Novecare business operates the new specialty surfactants and polymers unit.
