BASF Sells Surfactants Plant in Texas

BASF says it has agreed to sell its Clear Lake, TX surfactants plant to Clear Lake Chemicals (CLC; Pasadena, TX), a subsidiary of Gulf Bayport Chemicals (GBC; Houston), which was formed in 2004 to acquire Lonza’s Bayport, TX site.
