Sasol to Sell One of Its Production Sites in Germany

Sasol Germany (Hamburg) has agreed to sell its production site at Witten, Germany, and the associated oleochemicals business to Cremer Oleo (Hamburg). Approval by the relevant German competition authorities is pending.
