DSM Settles EPDM Antitrust Case for $25 Million

DSM says in a civil litigation case it has agreed to pay $25 million to an unnamed group of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) purchasers in the U.S. DSM’s $25 million settlement is the firm’s response to a class action lawsuit filed by EPDM purchasers against DSM in the U.S. District Court for the district of Connecticut.
