SI Group Files Trade Secrets Complaint on Rubber Resins

SI Group (Schenectady, NY) has filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission (ITC; Washington) regarding improper use of rubber resin trade secrets by two firms. The company is asking ITC to investigate rubber resins and tackifiers produced by Sino Legend Chemical (Zhangjiagang, China), Red Avenue Chemical (Rochester, NY) and affiliates from being imported into the United States.
