DIC to build liquid inks plant for packaging applications in Turkey

DIC (Tokyo) says that its wholly owned subsidiary Sun Chemical (Parsippany, NJ) will build a new plant for liquid inks for packaging applications in the Alia─ča Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (Alosbi), an industrial zone near Alia─ča, Turkey. Sun Chemical aims to increase its production capacity in the growing markets in Europe, Mideast and Africa (EMEA) and also expand its business in Turkey, where it already enjoys a strong presence, DIC says.
