Altana invests in Israel-based digital printing business

Altana (Wesel, Germany) has agreed with Landa (Rehovot, Israel) to invest €100 million ($136 million) for a minority stake in Landa's digital printing subsidiary. The size of the stake has not been disclosed. "Both companies see the agreement not only as a financial investment but also as a starting point for a long-term strategic partnership to bring digital printing solutions to the commercial, packaging, and publishing markets," Altana says.
