Oxea Completes Acquisition of ExxonMobil's Dutch Esters Plant

Oxea (Oberhausen, Germany) says it has completed the acquisition of ExxonMobil’s esters plant at Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  The facility will be used to extend Oxea’s ester capacities and produce specialties used as precursors for flavors and fragrances, lubricants, high-performance plasticizers, and pharmaceuticals, the company says.
