The facility will be used to extend Oxea’s ester capacities and produce specialties used as precursors for flavors and fragrances, lubricants, high-performance plasticizers, and pharmaceuticals, the company says. Financial terms were not disclosed. Oxea says it will retain all employees at Amsterdam and will integrate the acquired production plant into its existing infrastructure for manufacturing, sales and customer...
