(Tokyo), a producer of polymer additives and oleochemicals, plans to invest Y350 million ($4.2 million) in Al Ghurair Additives (AGA; Dubai) a subsidiary of Al Ghurair Petrochemicals. Al Ghurair Petrochemicals belongs to the Al Ghurair Group, a leading conglomerate based in the United Arab Emirates. The partners announced the plans today on the sidelines of the second GPCA Plastics Summit currently taking place in Dubai.
